there awesome headlights but I recommend to get leds light bulbs when you order this the stock light bulbs are garbage!!! other than that there awesome headlights !!.These headlights were securely packed and were easy to install. I've had mine installed for a few months now and they still don't have a scratch on them and are as bright as ever. Highly recommend for anyone looking for an upgradeWe ordered these about one year ago and they immediately started filling up with water which didn't make any sense because the lights that came with it were preinstalled so there shouldn't be any moisture in the headlamp kit. Once it filled up enough, the lights burst from the heat and water mixing and we were down a headlight. This happened a couple times and with our blinker light as well. I contacted the seller who is amazing to work with and they sent me a replacement pair because of the fogging up (all of that happened before replacing the headlights with the second pair). We put in the new pair after using a waterproof silicone to seal the edges of the kit and it seems to be working fine. I believe that the wires that come with it are too small for the amount of power needed for the lamps because I had another bulb break about 1 week after replacing the new ones. I still have to replace that bulb. Hopefully I can do it on a less humid day so that moisture doesn't get in.I love the look of these headlights on my 2016 EcoDiesel Ram! They really do make it look 10 times better and the install is easy if you know how to splice and solder wires. Just make sure your connection is good because you won't want to take those suckers back out.All in all, I would buy them again with the silicone add they are a lot nicer. They were halfway filled with water when I replaced the first pair.My 2010 Ram has quad reflectors and I wanted to upgrade. Chose these for the following reasons:1)Metal adjustment screw in the factory location2)DRL light tube can be wired independent of the parking lights*many aftermarkets utilize a harness that taps into the parking lights, requiring them to be on for the DRLs to function3)Only two bulbs to worry about instead of four4)reflector vs projector (no shield to worry about not working)5)these are about $80 cheaper than most alternatives and I like the tube designVery impressed with the fit/finish of these lights. I did seal them all around with black RTV silicone although the factory job was nice. I wired both DRL tubes together, then to the M47 fuse which is only on with ignition.This way the DRLs are always on when the truck's running, whether the headlights/parking lights are or not.I put in Fahren H13/9008 dual LEDs ($40 here) clocked at 3 & 9 but left the clear 3157 halogens that came with the lights, they're bright enough thru the amber lenses. Install was easy, they adjusted fine with a philips screwdriver (tip: they work backwards from factory, clockwise lowered these vs raising on factory)No problems going from quads to duals, it's plug'n'play. As the pics show, they look great day or night, and the Fahrens throw a lot of light (pics are low beam, then highs)I think if you like this design, these are the best deal in aftermarket lights for the 4th gen Rams on Amazon.Installation date- 1/15/22I’ve read the reviews, and had an understanding of what I would receive. All is good.. I applied clear silicon sealant to the entire body of the assembly, where the lens and body are mated.Wiring the LED Bar lights was simple and painless, the assemblies fit without issue onto my 12 Ram 1500.I have not checked for alignment yet, but I will soon and will not complain if they need adjustment. After all, it’s a headlight assembly and trucks are altered by owners, so you can’t expect a boxed assembly to be “right on”, if you’ve lifted or lowered your truck…All in all, these are pretty nice for headlight assemblies, under $300.The led bar light is not bright at all it so dim u can't even see it in daylight not to mention its not a easy install for dodge ram 1500 the whole bumper has to be taken off so I had to Pay more money to have installed the it looks good but the led bar is almost non existent ! That was the whole reason I bought it smh if I didn't pay 200 to have installed I would take them out and send back for a refundThis headlight set looks great! Really updates my 2012. Fits perfect. I did silicone around the seems as other reviews had suggested to avoid condensation inside the lens. So far so good. Luckily there were a few videos to help figure out the wiring for the day time driving light. I found it would have been easier to say "hook the black wire to the black wire and the green wire to the middle of the three wires on the existing parking light. Videos said use the brown and white wire but mine was green and white on the drivers side and brown and white on the passengers side. Don't just splice the wiring as some videos say. Use 1/4" fully insulated disconnects like I show in my picture so you can remove lights in future if needed. All in all a great buy. Just wish the kit would have come with the wire splicers and push connectors. After all, it does say it is plug and play.
